Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to become active.
Shipping to Canada
We are pleased to offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders across Canada.
Our estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that this is an estimate, and delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs processing or postal delays.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Velvik is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
